Shining Stars
Each month, a member of our nursing staff and a member of our support staff is nominated by their peers as a “Shining Star.” Individuals nominated must exhibit an exemplary work ethic; consideration for others; dedication to
their area of work and must have been employed for a minimum of

Taryn O'Neal
Taryn O’Neal has worked at Mennonite Manor as a CNA and Restorative Aide since 2007. Taryn received her nomination because she is always smiling, great with the residents and always willing to help out!
Support Staff -
Phillip Winkel
Phil has worked in the maintenance department since 2006. Phil was nominated because he always smiles, is very polite, willing to go the extra mile for staff and residents. Does great work and responds quickly. Good guy!
